Rachel Hill: The State of Ohio State & The Browns
The Bad News: Ohio St. lost to Michigan in the final game this season. Coach Ryan Day's job felt like it was on the line, and no one was to think about the direction the Ohio St. football program was going in. Watching that Michigan game was like eat a shit sandwich with razor blade shards in it. So the Ohio St. fan base was vehemently angry about the state of the team ..
.... to the point that ESPN's First take show thought Coach Day should be fired on the spot. It was a good thing Kirk Herbstreit put those goof balls in their place. Remember, this is the same show Stephen A. "Sambo" Smith is on. That tells you (the listener) everything there is to know about the slow on the spectrum mindset him and his maggot minions have. It can't be easy being Ryan Day, the guy is scrutinized from the players he put out on the field, from the coaches he has on his staff, to the actual plays that are being called. Past coaches from Ohio St. have been fired for losing more games than he has only for the heat being turned up hotter than a tea kettle. He one Xanax away from suffering from an anxiety attack.
The Good News: In the 1st round of the College Football Playoffs, Ohio St. beat the brakes off Tennessee. It wasn't even close. So much so, the Ohio St. fans were partying in the stands, singing all of the typical Ohio St. fight songs, and drones making Ohio St. logos in bright lights. People were wondering is this the same team that struggled against Michigan? It was a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde feel from this Ohio St. team. So now they move on to face Oregon yet again in the Quarterfinals of the playoffs, can they overcome this obstacle? Can Ryan Day put together a solid game plan to defeat the undefeated reigning Big Ten Champions the Oregon Ducks? Are the Buckeyes ready to play their way into the National Championship? These questions and many more will be answered when Miss Rachel Hill, The 1st lady of sports reappear back on the Chris & Co. Radio show Broadcast with the Incredible Mr. Chris. The Ohio St. Alum has the inside scoop on what's going on in Columbus alongside what the environment is like now that the Buckeyes have bounced back from that crackhead loss to Michigan.
Then there's the Browns. Another losing season in the books. The mere fact that Coach Kevin Stefanski has a job is mind numbing. He's consistently inconsistent. He stares into his playbook as if something in it is going to stand out. He walks around as if he doesn't know what the hell he's doing. The DeShawn Watson experiment has been a complete bust only because he can't stay healthy. He looks like he's a shell of himself and that may not be his fault. The Browns Defense has been stellar most of the time, but when the offense can't score, it drains the defense a lot when they are on the field longer than the offense is. Jameis Winston is not the answer, not is he the future. It's looking like the Browns are going to have to draft a new Quarterback. The tanking is not all that bad, they could be in the sweepstakes to get Cam Ward from the University Of Miami (Florida). That would put a smile on Mr. Chris's face along with the firing of Stefanski, but what does Rachel Hill think of all of this? What's her assessment of The Browns, The Buckeyes, Stefanski, The Defense, and drafting Cam Ward? All these questions and Miss Hill's answers will be addressed on this special episode of Chris & Company. Tune In.
